Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, included and cared for at all times.

Supervision of Children

Children will be supervised by responsible camp staff at all times during scheduled camp activities. We do not allow children to wander unsupervised or participate in activities without appropriate oversight
Our team is expected to:
✓Keep a close watch on all children in their group
✓Monitor movement between activities
✓Ensure children are accounted for throughout the day
✓Respond quickly to any sign of distress, illness or unsafe behaviour

Staff Conduct and Child Protection

All KidstrEat staff and volunteers are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, care and respectful conduct.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to:
✓Abuse of any kind
✓Bullying, intimidation or humiliation
✓Inappropriate language or behaviour toward children
✓Neglect or unsafe supervision
✓Discrimination or exclusion

Children must always be treated with dignity, patience, kindness and respect.
